Three Models



A 25% deposit is required for all services except

Tape-Ins which is a 50% deposit. If cancelling 24hrs. or more before your scheduled appointment the deposit can be transferred once. However you must call or text to re-book your appointment for a future date within three business days of your cancelled appointment or you will forfeit your deposit and a new one will be required upon re-booking.


When a No-Show/Late Cancellation occurs, it creates large blocks of time that impact not only your appointment but other guests as well. We understand that things happen; however let us respect each others time. We kindly ask that you give us a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to due so will result in the card on file being charged a fee of 30% of the combined scheduled service.


We understand life is crazy and things happen. However, if you are running more than 15 minutes late (according to our clock) the appointment may have to be rescheduled. We will do what we can to get you in as soon as we can.  Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re going to be late.  No-Show & Cancellation Policy may be applied


Services are provided for children ages 13 and older. Unfortunately children or any person not being serviced (unless you are the parent of the minor child) is not allowed to be in the salon unless they are being serviced.  

All appointments must be scheduled appropriately. ***Add-ons to your appointment may not be permitted unless added at the time of booking in order to prevent overlapping of appointments***
